Questions on Flirt
Alot of people have asked me questions on what flirt does in the stall.

"Why does she bob her head?"  This is usually because she hears a horse outside her stall or sometimes when the foal moves really hard she does this

"Why does she jerk?" This is when the foal moves strongly.  As mares get closer and the foals moves sometimes it knocks them to their knees.

"Why is she rolling?"  Most people think they roll late in pregnancy to position the foal.  Sometimes the foal is pressing on something and they roll to get the foal to move or because they are uncomfortable.  When she is in labor and rolls it will be much more aggressive

"Why does her back end look funny when she walks?" This is because as a mare nears foaling the hind end muscles loosen up to allow the foal to be born.  Flirt is very loose in the hind end so does walk a little funny

Awww, Flirt was really cute last night, they're always so funny when they get this close, you can see how uncomfortable they are!
I like the FAQ thing, you should keep it coming, post the signs of imminent foaling, that sort of thing.

:-) I love your mom's comment. I want him to leave them low so he looks like my son. I see Flirt has left some goodies for clean up. If you don't get them right away, what will the millions who are watching think????

Great on the questions/answers post.
Now let's see some pictures!

Karla, I think they will say "look, she's just like us." Can't be there for every plop. LOL

Hi Katie!
