Hubby woke me up at 4 am thinking Star was in stage 1 labor.  Shes been rolling, kicking her belly and holding her tail up.  She is definitely acting funny.  Im a little worried as she does not have much of a bag yet.  When I first checked her this morning her vulva was long but then she pulled it back up by the time I was done feeding.  Shes probably one of those mares that does not like to be watched.  It could just be the foal making her uncomfortable but I am going to keep her under cam for awhile to be sure.  Dont want any repeats of Dancer foaling outside in the mud!
